Vodafone voice ID
If a Vodafone customer rings the call center, the new Voice Signature software will recognise the consumer by the tone of their voice. This allows for quicker and personalised customer service as well as making all transactions more secure.
Why it matters
The biometric voice analysis recognises your voice, and ultimately all the rest of the information associated with your profile without ever having to share personal information with a stranger in a call centre. Can this application be used in other business sectors where security is at the forefront of customer engagement?

Name your plane
Pegasus is the biggest private airline company in Turkey serving both international and domestic flights. Every new aircraft added to the float is named with a girl’s name. The company has now chosen to run a campaign asking families if they would like to see their daughter’s name on the side of new aircrafts.
Why it matters
The trend of consumer significance is growing and on the back of it this campaign goes to an extreme level by allowing you to name a whole plane. Where is the ceiling on customer participation and how can brands be smarter about when and how they involve them?
