Recruiting positivity
Not something normally associated with headhunting, Wanted Selección is a Spanish HR company which uses authenticity in its approach. Using ‘homemade’ cookies, the recruitment firm write positive and affirming messages on their cookies such as sharing ’10 tips to be happy at work’. They created an unusual corporate video to help spread the message ‘be happy at work’, approaching the concept of job hunting in a more positive and quirky way.
Why it matters
Could this be the start of companies looking for ways to communicate with their audience using more of a human touch?
