The anti-luxury look
Fashion makers CLOT (HK) and Head Porter (JP)have reworked the low priced red-white-blue bag by incorporating the design for their range of luxury bags.
Why it matters
Whereas we can always observe how luxury brands get shamelessly copied – we can now see those brands striking back by mimicking low-budget designs. In times where austerity is more valued than ostentatious consumption, could this be a way for luxury brands to cope with this development?
