“Adopt a word” by Dante Alighieri Society, Corriere.It and IoDonna encourages people to adopt a word within the Italian vocabulary. When you adopt a word, you will be in charge of spreading its use and defending its significance.
Why it matters

What if a brand did this? Is this a way to make people prouder of something they own, establishing an emotional link between the individual and a good, a product or even a word?

With the intent of bringing more energy to people all over the world, especially third world countries, the sOccket may come in very handy. The sOccket harnesses the kinetic energy of a soccer ball during normal game play and stores it for later power needs. Small electrical appliances, like an LED lamp, can be plugged into the sOccket.

Why it matters
